We tried to have our roadside service set up a tow for us and since we didn’t get to do the scheduling, we called up this joke of a company to align on timing. The receptionist starting arguing with and wouldn’t allow us to make sure we could be there to give them the keys. Well guess what B, there’s plenty of other tow companies in the area so we promptly canceled and moved on. For whoever owns this business, it’d be in your best interest to fire your receptionist.

Tanner was very friendly and professional and arrived in a timely manner to rescue my car off of the side of the busy highway. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys you sure helped me out today!

Sam, an employee, was hands down the rudest person I’ve come across and I work in customer service. Informed me they aren’t here to provide a service to people! News Flash: you are! I hope people avoid your company at all costs.. or can you and get someone with a soul.

I rented some U-Haul trailers here in the past. They are friendly and courteous. It was obvious that the lady at the desk had other work going on, but when I walked in the door she immediately dropped it all to take care of my needs. It's refreshing to see this level of customer service.

Thank you for you help, I broke down the middle night, the tow truck driver took me to the dealership and then was kind enough to take me to a hotel
