I had two keys to copy. We’ll call them Key A and Key B. Key A was copied twice and worked fine. Key B did not get created because the machine screwed up. I did get refunded for that by the machine. I tried copying Key B again and got my two copies of Key B. I went home and tried Key A and that worked. I tried Key B and it did not work. I can’t open my door unless Key A and Key B works. I am asking for a refund. I will update if I hear back from them. Update 5-8-2018: I went to their online chat and got a full refund. They offered a coupon to get another copy done at the kiosk or to mail my key in to have their key person copy the key and mail it back. I declined and got the full refund.

KeyMe was a great find! I had three keys I needed to get duplicated (condo key, mailbox key, and a RFID enabled Honda Fit key). I went to this kiosk in Bed, Bath, and Beyond during lunch. You simply insert the key into the slot and the machine scans them. It was able to cut a new mail key in seconds. The condo and the car keys were special keys that couldn't be cut on the spot (condo key is not a standard door key; other places couldn't cut it). Both were mailed to me in 3-5 business days. The car key came with a little machine to help you duplicate the RFID data from the original key to the new key. The process took less than 15 minutes. When done, you mail back the machine in the prepaid envelope. The best part of KeyMe is that it stores the key information for you, which can be accessed at any Kiosk via fingerprint or on the mobile app. Keys can be ordered via the app or cut at the kiosk at any time; they can also be shared with other people. Simple keys can even be scanned with your device's camera, without a need to visit the Kiosk. There are 3 kiosks in downtown Seattle and a couple dozen in the greater Seattle area.

Very happy with the ease of use with this Kiosk style key maker. Wish the key was deburred better, but it opened my doors just fine.
