Came out to our apartment within 10 minuets of calling them. Got the door open fairly quickly. We’re in a tight spot with money and they made a deal with us to charge the card on Monday (it’s Friday night) when we have the money, so that’s super great customer service! Hands down recommend

Had a tow today, from yelm to puyallup. Driver was very prompt and professional. Will recommend to anyone needing a tow.

Would give a zero if I could. I live an a very high tracked area where everyone loves to park on my private property and HAD there signs up and people park right in front of them. Have calls multiple times to get cars towed and the lady receptionist or dispatcher is extremely rude and has an attuide and then will tell you I don't have time for this and hang up on you and they won't come out cause they never have a driver or seems like. I love less then 3 min from there location also. Finally got good service at b & h towing have there signs now and not having a problem at all. Dont go here if your actually looking for them to do there jobs

Bill was very kind and helpful to my two kids and I earlier this week after being hit on 507. I like that they kept my car locked behind their security gate until my insurance company came to get it.

I’m a little confused. Your website says “always open”. However when I call for service and the lady answers to tell me “we are not available”. Why?? A business in Yelm who specializes in this and can’t offer assistance or a referral?! That’s pretty crappy service for sure!!
