Worst customer service of any bank i ever delt with. 3 days later they will return a call and can't speak to anyone in person

Apr 25, 2017
I had ordered foreign exchange money to be delivered to another branch. I was told it would be there on Friday or Monday at the latest. When it did not arrive as scheduled I asked Lacombe Branch to check into it. When I arrived at home, I phoned Fort Saskatchewan and left a message. Their answering machine says that they will contact you at the end of the business day. They did not. I have left 5 messages over a couple of days and they have not returned one message. I must admit I am thinking about not renewing any further dealings with BMO.

Worst customer service ever from the branch manager at Fort Saskatchewan Alberta.... very disappointed

I honestly wish that there was a rating lower than 1. I went into the branch after booking an appointment and arrive to find out that there is actually no appointment. Jordan took me in anyway and processed my loan and put in the application. I was told that i would find out the answer the next Monday. I didn't get a phone call that day and when i phoned the next day he was busy and i left a message. I phoned the third day and he was in a meeting and would get back to me. I honestly think that banks should not accept applications through their associates if they do not have the ability to give you time they promise. Or they shouldn't promise you a time that they will call and just say it will take a couple days. If you are thinking of going to this bank i wouldn't recommend it unless you have time to chase them for the things you need

I really enjoy the service and friendly people at the Fort Saskatchewan branch! I get valued customer service every time I go there.
