These guys charge exhorbitant rates, plus you are not getting Certified Accountants doing your file. Do yourself a favour and call Marco (who is a Certified Accountant) at Schwab and Associates of FSJ. Marco and his team who are all Accountants will do your taxes whether General or complex and you will pay less than what H&R Block charges. I will never use H&R Block again, particularly when locally FSJ born and raised Marco Schwab will do your taxes cheaper!

I understand it is tax season but when you tell a client we have to call the cra and the next day comes and you Haven't bothered to call at all and they close at 5 and you have had our taxes for 2 days wow you are very slow and can see why you have a 2.5 rating. Will not go back to h&r block ever again at least not the one in fort st John

Two years in a row I had a negative experience with this company and will not return. For less than 30 minutes of number crunching my bill was over $400. To top it off, the government reviewed the return and found errors (due to H & R) and I owed further money. I would caution people to find another place to do their taxes, basic or otherwise.
