I have been a client of Frank Akhavan for over 20 years. He is always kind, patient and speaks so that I can understand what he is explaining. He makes sure my best interests are always taken care of. I have been extremely happy with his advice and with my investment returns. If you want an honest, straight shooter, and someone who wants to help you meet your financial goals, Frank is your man. His office assistant Genea is also amazing. She too, is kind, patient and always available to answer questions or help when needed. All correspondence is replied to promptly which is very important to me.

I have had a wonderful experience with Royale BC Financial Inc. The Advisor Frank was very easy to talk to and did not push any products just for a sale. He gave me some options and gave me time to think about it. He had called me back a couple weeks later like he said he would and asked if I was still interested. The process of making an appointment and applying for the insurance I chose was very easy. Now I feel I have the protection for my family I need. I recommend Royale BC Financial to anyone looking for personal insurance.

Few years ago I became a single mom of two young kids and my income was very limited. I really wanted to have insurance for them but the premiums were prohibited. I saw Frank Akhavan at Royale BC Financial because he offered to review a policy that someone had sold me this policy payout was $300,000 so Frank found a similar policy but premiums were half as much so I was able to keep my insurance. Frank was knowledgeable, helpful and did not try to upsale me a product which I didn’t need. Since then he has done investment and very useful financial advice. He really looks after my interest and has never been pushy when it comes to offering services. I have brought many friends and family to see him. All of them are very happy.

I first met Frank several years ago through an exercise client of mine, who would later become his wife. He then became a client, himself. A while later, I was advised that I had a UPS pension that was coming to term. I told Frank about it, and he suggested that I transfer it out, so that it didn't stagnate until I was eligible to draw upon it. That was over five years ago. Since then, the investment portfolio has averaged an eight-percent return every year. I receive a status report every six months, and am very happy with the return. Frank has done a great job looking out for my interests. He is very knowledgeable, and has answered my questions on multiple occasions. I highly recommend him and his company. Regarding Lindsay Cooper, the reviewer who gave a one-star rating, I don't think their reaction/comments were fair or appropriate. Cold-calling is one form of generating business for some companies. If it didn't work, no one would be doing it. It's not like they have products on a shelf at Walmart. Believe it or not, some people actually appreciate it, because they may have been wanting to invest, but didn't know where to start. Additionally, financial planning must be a worthwhile endeavor, considering Frank's been in the industry for over two decades. Also, it is up to the individual to confirm what their call display says, not just assume. It is not a scam to have a name that is similar to another company. You just have to actually read it.

Frank Akhavan of Royal BC Finanacial is one the most informed and well educated advisors I have ever met. After graduating from many years of study, I needed advice on whether it was the right time to make investments or buy insurance. Frank actually advised to wait until I had my business going for a while so I wouldn't be stressed by overextending myself. I wondered about life insurance and because I already had a small policy in place Frank advised me that because I was still single that what I had was enough and that I didn't want to become over insured. He made me feel comfortable and informed and less stressed. He is very kind and you dee this in his smile so you feel like he has your best interest at heart. Frank has one of the best reputations in the industry or so I was told by my friends and when you enter his office the proof is before you. He has won the top awards in the industry for like 20 years displayed nicely in his office. You can not dispute that this it gave me great confidance in his knowledge and ability. You have to see it to believe it. Now I refer all my clients with financial and insurance questions to Frank. He is the best. Jesai
