I have never seen any rude tellers at the bmo bank, sure the line up can be long, but that happens at every bank, and for that matter every buisness. It's too bad that people can outright lie when reviewing sites, and can do so with anonymity. If any paticular teller was as rude as some reviews report, they would not have their job for very long. I bet if employees could review the negative commenters, that there would be a long history of negative reviews against all the one star complainers, with comments about how rude they are. They sound like they are exagerating, and have entitled attitudes to begin with. Most reviews cannot be taken seriously because of jerks that just want cause damage to a buisnesses customer base, based on a single experience that wasn't even likely the fault of the employee.

The wait times are thru the roof at this branch. Usually 20 mins, that's just not acceptable.

Worst experience banking here. Often walked in to see the tellers and leave because there is a 4-6 person line. Or it takes 25 or more minutes to help 3 people. Often not enough tellers at the wickets. Excuse being "they don't know when the rush is going to be." At this bank its always busy. Bank else where in Vernon.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Never in my life have I ever had to deal with such bad service! Just making an appointment to meet with a human took a full business day and then you wait 2 weeks to get in to see them and the people don't even know there own rules and policies. Not to mention they have the worst automated phone interface I have ever used, It was faster driving into town and making my appointment than to wait for a call back. They do not make you feel important or valuable and are down right uninterested in you or your needs.

I love BMO bank. All the employees are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. You do have to stand in line longer than I care to but when it's your time they never make you feel rushed. I wish our banks would get Drive Thru Tellers for the easy transactions. I did have a problem with Ordering Checks. I placed an order online twice and never got the checks. I eventually went to a different check printer and got them for 1/3 of the price. This is the Printing Companies Fault, not the banks.
