Please ignore the one review as clearly that person has no patience. The service here is very professional and is one of the nicest banks to walk into in Gan. Mind you yes sometimes there is a line and they sometimes struggle but that happens with every bank.

Every time i come in there's always a line of 530ish or more people n two staff who are chatting away about vacations.. will definitely be changing banks if this doesn't change
