I'm not that complicated but I do need to have good service. Ellie and the team kept me up to date with every stage which was nicely reassuring. I don't have a huge amount of money (I was a freelance photographer) but even though they work for lots of larger clients they have made me feel very welcome. Recommend them? Sure thing.

I was seventy this year and my worry has always been whether I can pass on money to my children and grandchildren. My pension is under the management of Rob and his team and they have given me all my options in a clear way. My life has not changed much but I do feel confident about how much money I can take from my pension and what the implications are. I know what the situation is even if I live to 120! I have not yet recommended the company to other people but I would definitely consider in the future.

Professional yet relaxed, making tricky financial matters seem simple. My wife and I have been working with Robert Forbes and Aaron Hicks for over two years now. Whether it be over the phone, via email or visits to their office, I've always been very pleased with how easy they have made everything. Their advice has been invaluable and matched to both our understanding and risk attitude with financial matters. They are plain speaking and never pushy. When I initially suggested an amount of monthly investment, they looked at our monthly budgeting and recommended we start lower and can always increase after we were comfortable with the amounts going out...I like that attitude. I'm not sure if the monthly newsletters from Stadden Forbes are publicly available, but the way in which they are written reminds me of what it is like to work directly with them. Relating topics like Brexit on how that could influence the markets and retirement investments in a simple easy to understand way. Highly recommend!

My experience is very good. Firstly they helped with buying my new flat and then started savings plans for me. So far so good and probably not that complex but what was exceptional was the communication and regular updates. Made me feel very confident in the my financial future.
