I must advise against doing any banking with this group. They simply refuse to help as a regular bank would during a crisis in which someone cleared out a prepaid visa I had for only a week. I told them purchases were being made without my approval and unlike any regular bank, they won't reimburse me or investigate the matter. Do not use their service, rely on regular banks. Their customer service workers sound very unprofessional too. One claimed I would need to pay $20/transaction I wanted investigated. I hope businesses like this will be shut down and lose their license to issue Visa cards if they aren't going to take fraud seriously.
