I have been banking at This bank for my while life, and always had great service. It was Vic and Grey, then National trust then Scotiabank. We have had several morgages here and were always treated well with financial advisors who gave good advice

I met with one of the financial advisors there: Rob Stewart, who assured me he would keep me updated on the progress of an application I submitted. It has been over 2 weeks since i met with him and he is not returning any of my messages and has not gotten back to me. Horrible customer service.

Fast and friendly

Will continue to train people on your time even after you ask them to hurry because you're on your lunch. And ask you all the same questions twice. If someone is lying they would just lie twice. Stupid!

You're just a number....no such thing as personal banking!! As soon as I can, I will switch my mortgage and never bank with Scotia again!
