I have to say I had the most FANTASTIC experience with this place. I was previously screwed over (at least in my opinion) by a different dealership which shall remain nameless. My salesman Lance was amazing. I told him everything I wanted in a SUV and what I was comfortable paying and he made it happen. He was also super friendly and listened to all my concerns and gave me what I feel was the best deal. The finance man I dealt with Burke was also amazing, even though he is new he was very informative and did not pressure me into extras, he informed me about them but did not pressure me (which was completely different from my last experience with the other place). All I can say is in my experience I am a truly happy girl right now, thanks to guys, I will definitely be recommending you!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my vehicle from Kia Red Deer! My salesman was Frank Van Eaton. I told him what I wanted and he found it for me at a great price. While we were in we had our kids with us and he was very welcoming to our whole family. I 100% reccomend going to Frank to make purchasing your next vehicle an enjoyable and positive experience. I left knowing he had my best interests at heart and I am loving my vehicle and my payments met my budget!!

Kia used to be great to deal with, but now under new management, they are getting pretty scammy. No longer honoring previous agreements, waiting until a person shows up to tell them they won't be honoring something as simple as the free tire changes promised for the life of the vehicle, and persistently cold calling existing customers. I understand they want to generate new business by offering new agreements, but terrible customer service is going to cause the opposite.
