Jim & crew @ My Bike Shop are THE BEST! They aren't all about up-selling the next best thing... they're about making you a happy cyclist, which turns you into a loyal customer. I make a 1.5hr trip just to shop there.

Jim & the staff are so friendly and helpful. He even offered to deliver the bike to my house after his shift ended. I feel so confident about my bike purchase and I will definitely be going there for all my bike needs in the future!

We just bought our 10 year old son a mountain bike at My Bike Shop. A person could not ask for better customer service. Jim and his crew are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They treat you as if you were family. Jim helped us choose the right bike for our son and he made sure it was custom fitted just for him. LOVE this place!

I purchased a battery assisted men’s bike. I was fitted and treated so well. I love the bike and have met several folks with battery bikes purchased from my bike shop all very happy. I only use bike trails so many great trails in Moncton & Dieppe riverfront is great. I am a senior (80) and recommend you check out these great bikes at my bike store. You will be treated well Bill
