The staff here is the best! Very generous with local trail knowledge and went out of their way to help us quickly fix our son's bike while we were on vacation in the area. Thank you all!

We just bought our second bike from here. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who go the extra mile including bringing in their personal bike on a day off so you can try it. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys again. Also they have wood stoves burning in their showroom how awesome is that.

The staff at Valley Stove & Cycle set the bar high for customer service. I have yet to leave the store with an unanswered question or an unsolved issue. Before and after I purchased one of my bikes from them, I have always received fantastic service. Not only are they on top of their customer service game but they are invested in the biking community, offering group rides weekly(at least once). They’re doing it right.
