This place is just awesome. They have an ever-changing selection of new and used items - tools (machinist, carpentry, etc.), machinery, housewares, materials, books, you name it. Over the years I've purchased some really fine and cherished pieces here and all at brag-able prices: for example, a USA-made kitchen knife, various small tools, Swiss-made axe, hand saw, and most recently a tool chest that my girlfriend drove out to pick up for me for as a birthday present - the price was good enough to make the 1.5 hr drive worth it! We stop in whenever we pass by on our way to and from Ottawa and always leave with something cool.

WOW, I could spend hours here browsing all the various tools and supplies. Some tools are brand new, some are used, and others are new in their original packaging but old. The shopkeeper was very helpful and friendly. There are tools here that you won't find anywhere else. Worth the drive from Toronto! They also have a cute cat.
