Tom and Mikhael have been awesome in helping me choose, set up, and understand my new D-23 router from CanCam. Great people, great product, and am finding new uses for it every week. Very happy with my experience with this Canadian company!!

We received a CanCam CNC Router from another school in our Board but for some unknown reason a part of the display on the handheld paddle, NK 105 G3, was not functioning. When I contacted Can Cam to inquire about repair or replacement options they said that they would replace the paddle for free. That is truly exceptional service. I highly recommend this company and their products to anyone considering using them, and I look forward to dealing with them in future!

Have had the 4x4 ATC CNC for about 7 months now and it has been great. Very reliable machine and very accurate. Machine was shipped from Ontario to Alberta for pickup at a local warehouse. I had no idea how the shipping would work for a machine this size but Tom at CanCam took care of all the logistics and I received it fully assembled in a well crated package. The support with the machine is great as well. Send an email or call them with questions and you get a response quickly. I also appreciated the walkthrough of the machine over the phone once I had it setup and ready to go. Very good value for the money. I did a lot of research on CNC machines and this was the best choice I made.

Use their router table every day (M-F) for mass production and for fine custom details. They are very user-friendly and built to last. Easy software, easy setup, and works hard.
