West carleton rebuilt my 455. Amazing work with the results I expected. Every last detail clearly explained by Verne and my car came alive!

They had done great work at reasonable prices for my first two experiences. This time however, I sent time a part which should have required 2 maximum hours of work and a couple of days. A week later (4 days past the original estimates completion date) the bill topped out at $400 without a call to notify me of this. Send work there as long as you're ok with a random number as your final bill, complete disregard for time lines and no status calls what so ever Update - 1/11/16 was just called by the shop to tell me that because I'm not a machinist I have no right to question the work and wouldn't know what it took anyway. Deal with this shop at your own peril. They just get condescending and rude.

no tyler I called you out of concern to see why you seemed to have such a horrible time here with us I'm a very polite ladie I was never rude you were actually rude to me, I never asked you to remove or take down your post I just wanted to know more info because your bill after tax was only 383.27 and there was update calls because I remember calling you and you knew the price if there was a problem then you should have just talked to us After you had you friend pick it up in which he knew the amount of time and effort that went into you intake when he had pick it up! Sorry you feel this way have a wonderful day- West Carleton Automotive
