Really enjoyed my overall experience working there .I had just finished welding school and was grateful they gave me a chance to learn and build on my trade.I worked the afternoon shift and really enjoyed the people I worked with and that's the part I miss the most but being I have a family to provide for I took another position Not the greatest for pay and that why the turnover rate is bad there, but there is a fair amount of overtime there so you can make an o.k. living there. You do get to learn lots and weld a ton of different things. Again the people are great to work with and wish the pay was better so I could of stayed a lot longer.
