Not a good place to work at all do not recommend it unless you like being treated like a dog and yelled at for things unrelated to the job. They also get drunk in the office which is clearly obvious due to the number of alcohol bottles in their recycling bins I found that highly unprofessional I LOVE smelling booze off Chris Iafrates breath everyday and Walt’s Altoft as well, they try to cover it up with mouth wash. Also the amount of illegal dumping of coolant and machine oils they dump around their property is just astonishing and makes you sick. They threaten employees who have worked there for over 10 years to terminate their employment if they don’t do what they say. So enjoy your time at Iafrates hope it’s good one :) 👌 👍
