Great parking. Knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful

Lateral violence isn't healing. But neither is a government apologizing for something they have no idea what they are apologizing for. The government has requested your "support" so they can "apologize" for something they claim they had-no-idea was occurring to thousands of Indigenous children and families in the first place. Conditional "Healing" can only truly begin (they say) if you support the government first. Recently, I made it clear on social media I do not give my support to the Alberta government in their sixties scoop apology, nor do I support any apology from settler canada to come. As a result, I have been mocked, bullied, shamed, and threatened by staff of a #60sscoop organization in Alberta, whose mandate claims to "support" sixties scoop survivors. I have been told, that because I don't support the apology, I am not "healed". My healing is not dependent on sorry-day-falsity-rhetoric from a government complicit in horrific harms against thousands of Indigenous children and families in canada; weather or not that government claims to be aware of its complicity or not. For some of us (survivors) this apology from this government comes too late. For some of us (survivors) this government took too much. But we have survived anyway, and we will continue to do so, despite conditional-apologies, conditional-healing, and conditional-gatekeepers. #60sScoop #Indigenous #sixtiesscoop #survivor #alberta #canada #Apology

Very unorganized company, finished my full application with one case worker and she was still questioning me for documents I had already filed. Very discouraging they take time off as they please as well, numerous times I had called in and wouldn't be able to contact my caseworker. More than enough times I'd try go an pickup my living allowance and they'd say come back another time. Very tough for parents. If you go through this funder do not rush anything as most likely the process will be finished last minute. No point in calling everyday cause will be done last minute. Moved back to Regina.
