Amazing Service! The service department has been very professional to deal with. Lee, and the rest of the service staff are top notch professionals. As well as the sales department when I purchased a year ago. Everette Cardinal and his staff are first class. I have and will continue to refer people to RV City, Morinville. - Jordan Clarke

I purchased a Jayco trailer from another dealer whose interest in me dropped off the moment I signed to purchase the trailer. I have been dealing with Matt in parts to figure out all the stuff I should have been told when I purchased the trailer in the first place. He has been patient and supportive as I worked through all the issues relating to my trailer. I can not recommend RV City and particularly Matt in parts high enough. Thanks to them I have a renewed confidence in the trailer.

Needed a replacement part for my motorized jack stand. I called and was told they could get it but it would take up to 4 weeks to get as it was coming from India. I agreed and placed the order. After 4 weeks I checked in and was told that it hadn't ship yet and could take a little longer. After another four weeks, I checked in again and was told that the part was no longer available. I expressed my frustration and asked to speak to a manager but was told they had all left for the day but one would call me back the following day. Surprise!! Never heard from anyone. In the meantime, I was able to get one from one of their competitors in two days at a fraction of the price. Which is where I'll be purchasing my next trailer.

I had a few questions before commiting to a new camper. Called 3 dealers, First was RV City, who told me their finance department was too busy to answer questions until i pick a trailer and commit to buying it. For that they were scratched from the list. Called Go RV, well called 3 times, left voicemails for both sales and finance, apparently they must be too busy to return phone calls, 3 days and not a single rerurned call, scratched. Called Western rv, had all my questions answered in 5 minutes. Called multiple times even before looking at campers, every time call was returned within a reasonable time (2 hours max) Dennis was awesome to deal with in sales and Mike was awesome to deal with and had me approved in no time. I put a rush on my pickup date because i need to leave town, they made it happen. Guess Who got a new Camper from WESTERN RV!!
