Always such long lineups, and no matter which line you're in, it seems the clerk will require help from one of the others, which slows everything down. Would just be nice to have things move more quickly and more easily. That being said, they are friendly and informative and things get handled.

Phoned to get information on a document that I need to have signed, I was told they has a line up to the door and I could not be helped. Great service...not so much! Thanks! If you are backed up to the door wouldn't it be wise to help your customer instead of responding to a review? I would have taken the offer on a call back if it was offered, but it was NOT. It was "the person you need to speak with is helping customers and we are lined up to the door, sooooo"... with about 3 or 4 seconds of silence.

The lovely handsome gentlemen working there named Anthony i do beileve is the definition of customer service. He is polite and very quick to explain anything that i did not quite understand. He knows his job damn near inside and out. If you ever have an option to choose between the people working there i wouod choose him in a heartbeat without question. Ardiel is quick and easy for any of your registry needs.

We are new residents in Okotoks, have been afforded very good, efficient service by Jody on the registry side as well as Mary Ann over in insurance. It is refreshing to experience the caring, helpful service as newcomers to this community.

Not the best registry. Very often really long lines, some staff are great, others are cranky
