I wish to give them zero stars ,never ever book a road test from here as the examiners I came across were extremely non professional , arrogant ,zero knowledge and apparently faking all the times. Tried to challenge the results but there wasn’t any help ...seemed like they treat you like you criminal or in prison. Highly disappointed and suggest never to book a road test

This has been my go-to registry as a Saint Albert resident for the past 10 years but it won't be any longer. This is the third time in a row where I have left the building to go to a new registry based on a massive line and there only being one or two workers behind the desk. Wait times are consistently a problem at this location and it is disappointing as it was a registry I used to enjoy coming to. Be prepared to wait 2 or 3 hours if you come to this location. Please hire more staff to deal with lines more appropriately.

Been going to Drayden for many years. The staff do their best to help as quickly as possible. The kind of clientele that the staff have to deal with is reason enough to rate them 5 stars. For the record folks, your tickets are not their fault or responsibility, so please do not blame them for your lack of judgement!

This is my registry of choice. They are pretty quick moving and very knowledgeable. My son has done his learners test there and they we’re excellent and fun. Almost ideal as a registry.

I'd like to start off by saying I've delt with several registry type places from here to Ontario. The staff that works here are extremely quick, frindly and knowledgeable. They provide amazing, timely, service with a smile. Some fast food staff could learn from these peoples. I look forward to returning here.
