I have bought many computers from Phoenix Computers and they are beyond helpful, supportive and knowledgable! I always love going into the store because they greet you with a smile and are always willing to go out of their way to help! We received support from them remotely while out of the country and they bent over backwards to help us out of a very complicated situation!! Love these guys! Love supporting local businesses!

Love going here, I have been going here for years and Scott always helps me get my computer sorted and running the games I want to play for fairly inexpensive cost..

I am in awe of the customer service and professionalism at Phoenix Computers in Nelson right on Baker street. Hours before a long weekend and a computer that would not power up, Scott to the rescue. I am confident most business' would say come back after the long weekend but they were able to sit down with me, look at my dinasour of a computer and not only return it back to me before the end of the day but all repaired. Great service, honest fair pricing. Good karma for me, BUY-SHOP-SERVICE locally :)

Slow process, took awhile to get my PC back from them and on top of that they still forgot to send all my parts back resulting in even more time before I could use my pc
