Amazing customer service!! As soon as I let Matt know we were interested in the 07 Ridgeline he immediately got to work to get us in the truck. They were able to give us an excellent deal and after noticing a small issue with the truck, the service department ordered the parts, and gave us a date to come back free of charge. We will for sure be coming back for all of our vehicle buying needs! Thanks again!

Purchase a CRV and absolutely love it. Staff and service go above and beyond! I just got an oil change and my car was washed and delighted to see a flower on my seat.

Walked in yesterday, just to have a look around. I was planning on looking at other dealerships afterwards. I didn't need to look any farther! This is when I met Matt Ippel (product advisory). He informed me that they might just have exactly what I was looking for (2013 Honda Accord). After the test drive I knew this was the one for me! I then met Ritchie Mallet who helped me with the paperwork. Mike Spak was also introduced and offered to store my winter tires for me for the new car. Great Job Fellows! Thanks So much!! - Terry Allan (Terry doesn't have an email so he used ours at Volunteer Terrace)

Nice and welcoming staffs. They did a thorough winter inspection for me in a timely manner and did not overcharge me for unnecessary items. Although, it is a small dealership, they have done their best to create a pleasant atmosphere for customers while waiting. Two interesting initiatives were: providing different chargers for phones attached to a battery and placing a flower in the car for Remembrance Day.

Service department is top notch from the front desk to the mechanics! We have tried most dealerships and independent shops in town and Terrace Honda service department is by far the best!!
