Used to be a customer until years of not knowing what they are talking about, not caring enough about what you actually want and or need for what you’re paying for, ripping me off for the phone plan I had, the lack of expertise to help me with any questions I had and the lack of “ authorization “ they seem to have a given times the plan I was paying for should’ve had an extra half gig on it for free but of course they never told me about it until my step son brought it up to them and made them do it as he was leaving them to go to some other provider which he has had no problems on and gets more on his plan and for cheaper being with them for a year then I’ve gotten with Rogers being with them for a decade and a half. Do you’re research before you sign with your provider!!
