I can always count on these guys. Customer service is second to none, great family business. They tell you exactly what they can do and they do an excellent job. Always willing to help even last minute. Had several vehicles looked after over the last couple of years never had reason to complain. Keep up the good work.

This business ruined my 1988 AMC Jeep Comanche AX5 5 speed Transmission by forgetting to top off the Oil. The owner claims he did the work himself and insisted he put the oil in. The area around the transmission showed no evidence of oil splatter? He really believed that someone drained it out and wanted more money to fix it. Nobody would do that, the first thing that comes to mind is human error. This is also shared by other transmission dealers. I'm a Certified Mechanical Technologist with my Quebec Certificate. Running the Jeep at 100kph for 300 kph could create the heat that could damage gears and other parts but there could have been another problem, it all boils down to the re-builder. I love my Jeep and worked on it daily for 6 Months, I have my time and my pension money invested in it. After I picked up my Jeep several weeks after I brought it in on October 5th, 2017, the vehicle was idle for 2 1/2 months in a private garage while I did body and restoration work. Then, the Truck was painted and the Bed coated with Line-X in December/January. At no time was there any evidence of oil splatter on the Truck Frame or on the cement in the garage I worked. Also, The two businesses the Jeep was sent to never saw the Jeep leak. These two businesses have offered to support my story with dozens of other Beamsville witnesses. I paid $1150.00 for the rebuild and supplied the premium parts. The Truck's transmission failed on the 401 after whining was heard and couldn't downshift, I was Stranded. Low oil was seen with no leak, a damaged gear, the parts I supplied intact. The Owner wanted $730.00 more to repair it but found the gears inside damaged and wanted Me to find a scrap transmission. When I had enough and refused to pay, they kicked me out and put my Jeep outside with the disassembled transmission in the cab. I am sad and angry that this business has only wanted my money and took advantage that I was stranded. I am delayed in getting home with finding another transmission and business to install it. Although I will fight them professionally and legally as I mentioned to them when I left, I am glad I rid myself of these fools knowing that I now can deal with another real professional. These people also have several family members participating in the business online reviews for their garage adding 5 stars. One is in this review, Justin Paolini. The Owner seemed nice and He told me his work was guaranteed but failed to honor that after the low oil was found blaming anyone else except his own work. Also, I never got an written estimate both times which I see is Ontario law. He may answer his Negative reviews with nonsense and He will lose business because Beamsville is a very small town and I was a part of it for 7+ months.

Knowledgeable staff quick turnaround times and friendly service one of the very few places I will actually take my vehicles

Very honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. They will take the time to explain options that will save you money. They also treat you like a valued Customer and will fit you into their schedule in an emergency. Good customer service can be hard to find, but this place is top notch.
