Resource Solutions is an amazing company to be a part of. The people are truly inspiring and have grown and flourished in their careers. Hard work is always recognised and rewarded. You are encouraged to succeed in your career and are supported when you want an internal move within the company. Lots of opportunity for Global Mobility and progression too. I would totally recommend them as an employer to be part of.

Resource Solutions has an excellent working culture where hard work is always rewarded. There is an excellent attitude towards internal moves and secondments; management actually want to see you exceed within the company - even if that means moving into a different role/team. The environment is fast paced and exciting - there is never a dull moment!

Awful - do not use. Lack of communication during screening process and asked for the same information repeatedly by different personnel at Resource Solutions-Robert Walters in USA & UK which was promptly supplied by me on several occasions). Promises made by this recruiter not kept and they expect you to just keep waiting on them to get their act together interminably as a contractor Just awful - avoid like the plague.

Never paid me on time. Always having to chase them for money. Not worth working fort them if they will not pay you. Even when you email them they do not reply. Absolute waste of time for a contractor so AVOID

I've worked at places as varied as a global law firm, London Underground and local government in Westminster - and I can honestly say Resource Solutions is the most friendly, fast-paced and supportive place I've ever worked. My colleagues are great, the work is challenging, and I know I'm in the right place at the right time in my career.
