Now run (so I believe!) single-handedly by Rafe Knowles, I wanted to write on here and say that as a candidate and jobseeker of Edward Selden services, I cannot fault them as a recruitment agency. Small in size but powerful and know the game well. Found me a job in a organisation I have been trying to get into for years. If Rafe is running this show on his own, then I can understand why some people may feel that not enough time or attention is given to them, but as any good job-hunter knows, it's 'banging the drum' and making some noise that will get you the attention; whether you manage to sell yourself for a potential job is.... well..... down to the individual themselves!! Rafe will open the doors, but you have to be able to walk through on your own two feet! All in all, this is a great agency and able/willing to find great vacancies and get you in the door of such companies looking to recruit. Always friendly, approachable and direct too - I find honesty can be a bit to real for some people but I love the fact Rafe will be straight down the line with you - have used his firm, and will continue to do so, for many years to come!

Do not waste your time dealing with this outfit. They will ask you to 'come in and register' and then completely ignore you. They failed to return my calls and emails in spite of promising me an interview. Avoid!
