If you are a qualified teacher and had an issue with this agency, please report them to the government. We can't allow that unqualified people are managing professionals in a regulated activity such as teachers. Every year in the UK more than 5000 teachers get barred, victims of a poor and incompetent management run by Agencies. Victims of 'LA CAÍDA' (the Fall), a greedy state Agency from America accusing professionals of ABHs that never happened. Agencies are contributing to this and it is a criminal offense accusing someone of a criminal offense. Basically, they are doing referrals of qualified teachers - without giving notice, complaining about their recruiter's bad practices and leaving them barred from teaching children. REED is not a good place where to develop your career as a teacher. As an advice, try working directly by the School, do not use the services of an Agency. Everybody involved in teaching should be checked: criminal records, qualifications and memberships to professional institutions. Nowadays, maybe we are managed by criminals. Moreover, children know Agencies create disruption bringing dwarfs to our Colleges and Schools and are not keen on a future managed by Agencies because they think Agencies slave people. And according to Law, the Employer is the Umbrella Company. Most of the recruiters are from countries outside the EU without Human Rights; therefore they do not treat Employees as if they were persons, and instead of working in the UK you feel as if you were working in an uncivilized country. Moreover, they do not accomplish with Data Protection and when they dismiss a candidate, they pass your data onto Debt Agencies, State Agencies and any other 'Agency' to ruin your life. They make money out of any commission they can receive from any step in Employment: from contracting to dismissal. Also, recruitment Agencies are helping to sneak in the UK unqualified people without the right to work here and students faking to be Europeans. This comment has been done on the Public Interest because Agencies are cheating the teachers and the UK government.
