Super helpful staff were great in understanding the roles I’m looking for & prepping me for the interviews & what to expect in the position itself. Highly recommend working with Kat! She took all of the guess work & stress out of looking for a job!

I had a wonderful experience with TDS Personnel! Leah was so great at listening and reading me as a person to recommend a fitting role. I would recommend Leah to anyone looking for a new job position. Thank you for helping to advance my career with a great company!

Kendra was wonderful to work with, she was incredibly diligent and quick to respond to all my questions. She followed up and made sure I was well taken care of. I felt she was more honest then other services I’ve used, she under promised and over delivered. Highly recommend!

Absolutely unprofessional! I applied for a position with TDS, received an email the very next morning. I was very excited to hear back from them so quickly. The email requested I call a specific employee, I did within 10 mins of receiving her email and was met with the answer machine. So I left a message, and nothing. I followed up the next day, and the day after that. Each time she didn’t answer, nor did she respond to my following emails. I cannot believe how disrespectful their employees are towards potential job seekers. The least you can do, is have a prewritten email that you just send the applicant if the position they’ve applied for has been filled rather than leave them twisting in the wind.

System is broken when it comes to recruitment consultancies and this establishment is yet another time wasting middle man. They reach out to me every year or so to find out about my situation as I have registered with them years ago and recently I have been wanting to look at new opportunities so when they called me I agreed to come in to their offices, take several pointless tests and talk to someone for almost an hour. Few roles were discussed and I was promised my resume would be presented to the employers. I have followed up a week later not to hear anything back and the rest of my voice mails and emails were ignored. And this is precisely why everyone hates recruitment agencies, one email informing me I wasn't selected for the interview would have been more than enough. Instead blatantly ignoring someone who took time out of their schedule to meet with you seems to be the proper etiquette nowadays.
