Garbage company. My remote for the tv was not working so I tired to go on the inter et to find how to reprogram it, but alas the internet was out too. After waiting two hours and still not getting intenet I wasted another half hour on hold with tech support before hanging up and throwing in the towel. Can't believe tbis garbage is $200 a month.

I purchased and used the cable and internet services from this store. It wasn't the cheapest services arround town but for a reason or another they were the only company that offered cable and internet in my apartment building. I stayed with my services for 2 years till I moved out of the city. When it came to closing my account, I brought my modem to this store. I handed in my tv box and modem and payed all the services to close my account. Now 1 year latter I receive a call from a collection agency saying that I owe money on my Shaw account. How can this be, I had my payments automatically coming off my credit card and I even closed my account. They called me on a weekly basis to inform me about a new deal on services but when it comes to having to owe money I didn't hear a peep. The problematic system they have set up informing you on balance owing or having the clerk closing your account without notifying you that you have an amount owing has affected my credit score. I hope this helps someone change their mind on getting services from Shaw.

VERY rude customer service, the girl with the glasses is especially snobby. Learn how to read a credit card properly instead of telling your customer their 'dictating you' when they're simply correcting you.

Only one place in town to return your Shaw cable box. 3 work stations, one clerk and 10 people standing in line. Pack an lunch and bring a good book.
