My experience with Peak Associates has been excellent. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my placement process. I would especially like to mention Erin Westall, who provided helpful information about the company and was consistent in her follow-ups. Her tips and recommendations made me more prepared and confident for my interviews and eventually resulted in my placement a couple of weeks later. Thanks again, Erin!

I was placed in a full time marketing position with Peak Associates right after my university graduation. I met with two different recruiters, and spent about an hour in their office for my interview. They do have you complete basic testing during the interview, but it is quick. After my interview with the recruiters, I went for an interview with their client, and the next day I was hired. I am very happy I was able to get a position right after graduation, and Peak was very easy to work with.

As posted in a previous review, this company does in fact waste your time. I also interviewed with Erin Westall, spending $6 to get downtown - after about 2 months of waiting after my intial interview, Erin and her associate contacted me about a position which my resume had been selected for. The interview for this position an hour away from my home but I trekked there in the rain because it apparently was a role that fit me well. After a week, I hear back from Erin's associate who tells me they have chosen to go with another candidate because I have TOO much similar experience and I have done MUCH of the same work the job was asking for. So in the end I wasted $12 on subway fares for a job I was actually qualified for. So if you want to work at a place where your experience is valued, don't go to Peak - they'll take months to place you and attempt to place you at a company that won't hire you because you actually have experience. Go with the Dean Group, I've had lot of success with them in the past!

I've been placed by this agency several times. I've been happy with all my experiences with Peak Associates. All of the staff are very friendly and up front about what is needed from you, and what to expect as realistic results. I have a varied employment history, so they were able to use that to tailor me to appropriate companies for interviews, instead of placing other people with more focused skills and training. They usually place high profile clients, but have the head hunters in training available for less than high clients like myself. I like that they cater to a lot of different clients, allowing for more flexibility and choices for both companies and the clients alike. When some haven't worked out, they are there to get another one or three for me for that week or the next. Every time I've been placed, I've been hired full time within the week and stayed for several years. If you're willing to put in the time to work with them, they'll give you the best!
