guys don't waste your time here. Useless place they should shut down because all they are doing is wasting time. They have taken so much space at gerrard mall for no good reason because it certainly does not help anyone get a job or skills.

Great staff, including the receptionist, the employment advisor and Jesse. They have helped me find a job. I have been working at the company that they helped me find for 7 months now. Thanks a lot.

I am very grateful and happy with the help the staff has provided me. Allison and Lourdes have helped me many times. In the past Fatma was very informative and approachable also. They have great group seminars all the time and will also provide individual support when needed. Today i met a new receptionist that i have never met but i didn't get his name. He's very professional but also friendly. Thank you all for the kindness and assistance! Keep up the great work. :-)

I had the wonderful opportunity to work very closely with Allison and Heather and i must say that their guidance.. complete devotion and sincere concern for my well being and future was overwhelming and heartfelt. They guided me completely and introduced me to all available opportunities out there from start to finish with their very unique and intelligent ways. Thank you ladies and wonderful staff at Next Steps Riverdale for everything that you did for me and please note that I will recommend you to anyone in need for future employment / education without hesitation!!!

I really appreciated the help I received at the centre by Allison, Heather, Lourdes, and the kind women at the front desk. I felt supported whenever I was there. While I did not secure a job through their services, their guidance was helpful to me as I reformatted my resume and continued with my long job search. I would suggest you use the service with a more specific idea of what you're looking for and your needs as a job searcher, as I think that would have helped me take advantage of their services better than my "what-do-you-think-is-best?" attitude. Overall I had a good experience here.
