All I could say was it was amazing and life changing.. after my 9 week placement with the youth works program I received a 1 year contract with neighbourhood link.. that is still on going now.. had to have been the best program I attended, and they will never fail you and will always be by your side for assistance.. I referred it to so many friends and family..

I found the staff, for the most part, engaging, helpful and would 'go beyond the call of duty'. It can be very busy, and there are many needs to be satiated by the people who come through their doors for assistance. Sometimes, one must realize there are short-term survival jobs, until the right one comes along. Patience is very important. I am sure every staff member would like for those of us who used their services to land that ideal job. My resume hasn't looked better. I actually started getting calls and interviews after I participated in their workshops and their one-on-one employment counseling. The comments I see preceding mine, I cannot say I have observed these behaviours by the staff or volunteers that I encountered. Overall, if you are patient, chances are you will really see the fruits of your labours come to fore, when you work with the employment counselors and workshops available to you. Thank you.
