Not really very good at follow up. Applied to several jobs and did not receive a single response - Good nor Bad. They seems to have good jobs posted ... I'm not a fan. I dropped off a hard copy resume at their offices and was told to email us to let us know (this is as I'm handing to the reception). Alas, that didn't get anyone's attention either... I've obtained a great career supporting an international CEO. As my skills and work exposure outlined my ability to support such executives, as I presented them to Worth Recruiting, I wonder why I wasn't even summoned for an informal interview to further asses my skills, attitude and demeanor. I write this because I know a lot of you out there rely on these recruiters to get you job placements. They are mostly always the same - recruitment that is. It's too bad, because I ended up with a really great role making more than I though. But for a while (applying with recruiters) I didn't think I was able to land this type of role. Worth recruiting - your take away should be this: At least respond to people. You NEED to be better and give applicants better experiences

Doesnt return calls. Told her something in confidence and just used the information to get a new client. Low integrity.
