Very good service. Called ahead to book a vehicle tow. Customer service was good during booking. They called 20 minutes before scheduled booking to let me know the truck was on a job and might be up to 15 minutes late, great to get the heads up. Truck showed up pretty much on time. Fast and efficient. Charged exactly what I was quoted. Just simple, basic, good service.

Nice to see that the drivers of these tow trucks accelerate to block people in lanes with construction, then ride your ass for a few blocks. Very good representation for your company for sure.

Excellent customer service. Tow truck arrived within 15minutes of calling. I managed to solve the problem and had to cancel right before they arrived. They were very professional and respectful considering.

Probably the worst customer service I ever had, first off I was speaking on the phone to a lady about getting the car towed and was asked for my visa and I told her "just one second" I started reading it off to her and I could hear her gossiping in the background to her co worker .. I said "hello?" A few times before she eventually came back onto the phone. Very unprofessional. And then we were told to leave the doors unlocked before the tow truck got there. They were towing it to a mechanic and the mechanic then called us saying all the doors were locked and they could not begin working on it. Will probably never recommend or come back to this company ever again.

Great service from the phone to the tech. Thank you for making a bad situation better.
