Sandy Lane Clinic Review

Are you looking for a new Vet or want to change to another? I urge you to do yourself and your pet a huge favor and book through Sandy Lane Clinic. I have owned dogs all my life and have never been met with such kindness and sensitivity from another Vet Clinic in the past. Not only do they perform outstanding care of your pet but you as well. Often the owner's feelings are neglected especially when it comes to euthanasia of your beloved pet. They counsel and guide you through the process with great respect and sensitivity. Also, their fees are most reasonable. Dr. Mathew was incredible as was his staff especially, Deanna. Without their help, I wouldn't have gotten through that very sad day. When my husband and I walked out of the Clinic we were made to feel relieved in being reassured we were doing right by our dog and the burden of guilt had been lifted off our shoulders.

I adore Dr. Mathew. She very obviously cares for animals and although I do not price shop when it comes to my pets' health, the clinic's prices are very reasonable and Dr. Mathew does her best to make sure her patients and their owners are well taken care of. I've had a few pretty stressful situations over the past few years and she has without fail fixed my cats up and sent me on my way feeling relieved. I find that she has a great, no-nonsense attitude, and she gets things done promptly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Mathew is AMAZING!! This is our first pup and she makes it so easy - she explains everything she is going to do and the fees associated BEFORE she does anything. She also explains WHY she’s doing it in terms we can understand. Our dog LOVES going to her, even after his vaccinations! She is also SUPER affordable and very accommodating to people on tighter budgets.

Thanks to the staff at Sandy Lane Pet Clinic. They took great care of my cat. They are so friendly and realize how important our pets are to us. Professional, efficient, timely treatment.

The first vet visit I had went alright, the vet explained to me why my cats needed the vaccinations they did before admistering them, but did not ask me if I was ready for that yet, which financially I was not, I was quoted a much lower price than I ended up being charged (a $200 difference) and was not given the option to get the vaccinations in a month when it would’ve been more convient for me. The second time I went in I was charged for another office visit fee, which I was told the last time I had gone in that I wouldn’t have to pay again this time around. I emailed the to Inquire about it and I was told I was only wasn’t charged that If the appointment was within two weeks of the last one. At the end of the appointment (before I had emailed them) the vet told me once again, that when I had to come in for another vaccination at the begging of October, that I would not be charged that fee again. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, but I’ve heard things from other people that have gone there about also being charged for extra fees that they were not told about until paying. It was pretty frustrating calling and being told that there was nothing they could do about me being charged for a second office visit fee, which was what I was more upset about. Again, the staff was very friendly, but they definitely need to be more clear with how much you’re being charged.

Dr. Sini and her staff are amazing! Everyone is so personable, and relaxed. I have been coming here since they opened, and it's definitely a great environment! My dog never used to get excited to go the the Vet, but he practically drags me in now:)
