This place is amazing!! Everyone there is so friendly and caring, from the dr.’s to all the girls up front. I got not 1 but 2 follow up calls to see how my sick puppy was feeling. I love this place and would highly recommend it to all pet owners.

I was treated very unprofessionally by the staff on the phone. I wouldn't go here or recommend it after that experience. If you're rude to me, how will you treat my dog??

Amazing Doctors, amazing staff! We have been using them for over 15 years and they are simply the best!

I was recommended by a friend to go here. After explaining my experience to them they apologized. I brought my cat in to be neutered and tattooed. The person I spoke to on the phone with told me to be there in between 7 to 7:30. So I arrived in the middle only to find out that they weren't open til 7:30, so my poor cat who is terrified of car rides was stuck in the car for extra unnecessary time. The staff is not very professional and they managed to mess up a stamp tattoo on a sedated cat.

We had taken our dog because he was coughing excessively. She had done x-rays on him which showed he had asthma. She ruled out an enlarged heart. She said his heart was good. I asked her if he had a heart murmur and she said no. She had put him on a puffer with a steroid and pills for coughing. This all happened a year ago. While on holidays this year his coughing worsened and his body became swollen. We took him to a vet in BC and explained what he was on with the puffer. She asked why he was on that puffer with a steroid and I explained because had asthma. She then listened to his breathing and she told me he had a stage 5 heart murmur and that she was sure his heart was enlarged. She did x-rays and it showed his enlarged heart and that it was pressing against his windpipe. She then showed me the lower part of the x ray and it showed that he had hip dysplasia in both hips. The x-ray she took showed showed the enlarged heart, the asthma and the hip dysplasia. Why wasn't this noted by the first veterinarian? Since he has been off the puffer and on heart medication he is a different dog. He has energy and the swelling of his body has gone down. Not only this veterinarian but also Parkland Veterinary clinic never correctly diagnosed his heart murmur.
