After many bad experiences at other vets my husband and I found this clinic and couldn't be happier. 3 of our four cats have been to this clinic for various reasons and we have seen all the vets who are all fantastic doctors. The staff is happy to go above and beyond and always greets you with a smile. When we had to suddenly put down our senior kitty, we ended up leaving his carrier behind and months later they contacted us to tell us they were still hanging on to it for us. I very highly recommend this clinic.

Such a great clinic! Very clean with friendly staff. The vet Andrew spent lots of time explaining everything that was going on with my cat, and gave me lots of options. I couldn't believe how much detail he went into, it was awesome. He gave me good peace of mind. I highly recommend this clinic.

We took our old and not acting the same cat to Windermere and was given the bad news that he was very sick. During the process of exam it was noticed that there was something wrong and more tests needed to be done. During the whole process I was checked in with on pricing and okaying the testing as well as gentley preparing me for something bad. Dr Boctor was very compassionate and gentle with me and my feelings. It was determined that our cat was too ill and required to be laid to rest. The office staff was amazing helping me through email organize, in person day of to help our family and Dr Dani Wood was yet another compassionate and gentle person who helped us rest our family cat. She assured us she too looked at the tests and came to the same conclusion as Dr Boctor, which was additionally assuring. Thank you so much for making a family heartbreak something comforting and compassionate. We will be back for the care of our other cats and have already referred people to your wonderful clinic.

My absolute favourite vet in the city, I've never had a bad experience here. It's very evident that all the vets and support staff have a deep love for animals, I have no hesitation referring anyone to this clinic.

I have posted on Yelp, and I will post here again. I went here to see Dr. Jackson and he is very kind and friendly. However, upon dropping my dog off for sedation and picking her up five hours later, I was not impressed. My dog was unnecessarily sedated even though the vet clearly showed us that she did not had to have her legs shaved to get her leg form made for a brace and told us it may not be necessary on the phone days before, and upon picking my dog up I found that her leash and legs were soaked. The vet tech told us that she had an "accident", but it was clear she was soaked in her own pee with her leash on in a cage in her own pee because nobody allowed her to relieve herself in the last FIVE hours. It was a busy day of surgery and I felt that my dog was ignored by the vet techs to the extent where she was soaking in her own pee. We also waited a month to see a different specific vet here, only to have the clinic call us a day or two before the appointment saying we will be seeing a different vet as the original vet we waited to see had to go to emergency. Overall, not impressed with the clinic here for how much I paid and especially the veterinary technologists.
