After going to a different vet and not being overly impressed, a coworker recommended that I take my cat here. I am so glad I did. Dr. Pascale Lauzier and her team are awesome. My cat is usually very uncooperative with strangers but we had absolutely no issues with her here. They were so nice and caring and took the time to discuss all options and pricing. Compared to the other vet, I saved myself hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars. But not only that, my cat is getting the treatment and care she deserves. Dr. Lauzier even emailed me and asked me how she was doing. It is so nice and refreshing to know that my cat is being properly taken care of by people who care! The service is amazing here! The energy of the building is really nice too, the woman at the front desk and the Vet tech (I forget their names!) were super awesome as well. I highly recommend.

I took my kitty in on a weekend, they wanted to charge me about $4000 for tests she just had, I knew what was wrong with her, they actually got mad at me. Went to pick her up later - they overdosed her by inexperienced staff in the back - stating she was aggressive - which she was not - their overdose put her into kidney failure and she had to be put down two days later. Do not take your cats to this place - if its an emergency take it to the another one. I wish I would have done my research before taking her in there, because after I saw people posting the exact same experience as myself. Tried to get to the bottom of it and they wouldn't even let me see her files. i wish there was no stars - they don't even deserve one.

Take great care of my cats, even when I come in for stupid worries like some goop on my cats claw (yeah not my proudest moment but I hadn't had a pet for very long...). Free coffee in the waiting room is a bonus too. Not having to pay for a physical exam when all I need is a vaccine though...

All of our furry family members have been under Dr. Rossetti's care for twenty years, and there simply aren't enough superlatives to describe him. Not only is his knowledge unparalleled but his kindness and compassion are absolutely genuine. It's simple: if you care about getting the highest quality care for the four-legged or feathered members of your family then Dr. Rossetti at VCA Capital City should be your first and last stop.
