Would not recommend this vet. Brought my dog in there to have emergency stitches done during the very early morning. I am no medical professional but the stitches look to be very poorly done and loose. While the medical director was pleasant to deal with the vet insisted the stitches were done properly. I did bring my dog for multiple opinions as I am not a medical professional myself and it was agreed that the stitches were poorly done. They also ended up giving her a small bit of clipper burn when they shaved her down to do the stitches. See picture attached My regular vet added staples to hold the stitches as she was very confident they weren't going to hold Probably a good reason why they are the lowest rated 24/7 Hospital in the city

I’ve been here a few times and the staff are always so friendly and you can tell they’re passionate about every animal that comes in and are willing to do anything to help. My cat Sigma had to get surgery today, and they were so helpful and kind, and they really just made the whole process easy. If I didn’t live so far, 100% they would be my vet clinic of choice. Thanks again to the lovely staff, you are all fantastic.

I wouldn't trust them with a goldfish. Absolutely incapable and inadequate in terms of both customer service and services rendered. Had to have our dog visit another vet for a second opinion and a third vet to actually patch up their horrible work. All we needed were stitches and the ones put in here, began to unravel after 4 hours. The dog was already shaved in that area from a surgery earlier this week and they decided to shave her down again, haphazardly, causing insane amounts of clipper burn. They can't even shave a dog, never mind perform an actual surgical procedure on one. They refuse to acknowledge any fault, although their actions and lack of diligence left our dog vulnerable to infection. They have such pride and ego over their work (although I am not sure where they get it from) that they would rather put an animal at risk than fix their mistakes. They're selfish and they completely lack compassion as they are too engulfed with stroking their own egos, definitely not a quality you want in someone who works in animal care. Don't waste your time, emotional energy or money here unless you want to come back with more problems or leave with your animal in a box.

I have not experienced the loss of a pet, my Sadie girl is 6 years old. I know my day will come. When my girl needs medical attention, I will be sure to come to McKnight Vet Hospital. Recently my neighbors dog passed away, 6pm on a Sunday night, while he was in the back of a car. McKnight took us in, with such empathy and care. The hospitality and sense of calm was very nurturing in this time of need and sadness. What really touched my heart, is the mail my neighbor received. A beautiful card with Titan's paw print and a grievance note from every staff member. This touched our heart, shows true character and kindness of the staff and clinic. Thank you for taking such good care of us and the beautiful thoughtful card. Kelley , Glenn & Titan

McKnight's staff is nothing short of amazing. They truly care about the well being of your animal, we have had a few emergencies and needed to come here more often than we would of wanted. They saved my dogs life and I'm super thankful for that. Each visit after has been amazing, my dog loves the staff here and gets excited soon as he realizes where he is and I think they love my dog just as much as he loves them. The on call emergency vets here are even wonderful and very knowledgeable. This is by far my favorite vet in the city. Fair prices and great service.
