In response to the young man whom has decided to post a bad review earlier today because he felt he shouldn't have to pay a vet exam fee for coming to the vets, posting that the staff is a zero is hilarious, because most clients love us and the service they get, their pets also love us!....I find it amusing that when a client doesn't want to pay for an exam fee that they try bullying by stating they are going to write a bad review. This clinic is a small very personable clinic. If at any time you feel that you are being billed for something you didn't agree to or didn't receive, simply ask the front staff to look at your invoice. When you come in for standard things like vaccines, there are set costs, which includes the exam fee and everyone pays it even if you have been a client for 5 years or 2 weeks. The cost for an exam fee is posted in several spots so there are no hidden fees. Also written quotes are given before any procedure is done to avoid anyone stating they didn't know the costs involved. There are also signs posted to encourage clients to ask for estimates. Because of privacy issues I can't get into your medical file but definitely challenge the fact that you state your pet has been misdiagnosed. Just a tidbit for you, posting false information to be malicious in writing anywhere about anyone or a business is actually considered defamation of character and you could be sued.

2018 year has been an horrible experience. I’ve been seeing this vet clinic for 5 years but now the good vets have left, customer service is at an absolute zero and my pet is constantly misdiagnosed. All they are concerned about is the payment at the end of your visit and every time there are blind fees added to your bill. I now drive a little bit farther to a vet but service is incomparable and I am no longer stressed out whenever my dog needs her checkup. I WOULD AVOID THIS CASSELMAN VET CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I recently moved to Edmonton and moved to the area where this clinic was. On short notice (less than a week) I was able to get an appointment for my pet. The staff were excellent, able to offer any assistance needed. I would definitely go back. I read other comments about the pricing, and it was extremely comparable to other vets I've gone to in southern Alberta.

Had such a terrible experience. Lost my cat due to misdiagnosis. Found the staff to be completely unprofessional, lying to clients that apparently they said this and that...sent us home with improper medication. Insulting my mother, my family over social media. Your assistant took notes while I listed off events that had affected my cat, litter box being change, the Christmas tree going up with decorations which we found an ornament all matted up and the string of lights damaged. It's not my job to tell you to do yours. From the first exam it was because of stress, to the second exam now my cat is anemic. This assistant who is replying to the previous reviewer (My sister) is commenting as if she was in the room for the entire discussion between the vets and my family. When has an assistant ever stayed in the room while the vet was checking out the patient unless asked to. Just want an apology for our lost but this clinic is not even able to take responsibility for lack of knowledge and professionalism or even sympathy.

Wife took our puppy just to get something to go with his food. we simply went because our new puppy had the runs and wanted to make sure he was ok. Vet said everything looked good and suddenly said "okay he seems healthy, we do blood now" and whisked him away without another word. After we hear him screaming, he comes out with his arm DRENCHED in blood. Vet basically bullied her and took him in for bloodwork that she did not want and then our puppy came back bleeding. Vet did not answer her questions at all and when she complained he threatened legal action if she didn't pay the full price he wanted to charge. Do not come here. This vet does not care about the well-being of animals, only about making money.
