Avoid this clinic like the plague. They completely overcharge you for services (it cost more than double the cost of the actual procedure completed at The Spay Clinic to replace the stitches of that procedure) and put charges on your credit unbeknownst to you ($197 just to examine our pet) that didn't appear on the bill we were given when we picked her up.

Brought our sick cat to the Bonnie Doon Vet clinic and the staff were thourough, caring and prompt in their diagnosis. While waiting for some lab results another couple came in with an elderly dog to be put down. We found the vet assistant very sympathetic and professional in helping them with this difficult task. We recommend Dr. S and staff 100%! Great hours, great staff and great results!

We’ve been taking our dog, Lexi, to another vet for years, but they haven’t had the greatest customer service recently so we decided to switch over to Bonnie Doon Vet Clinic. We called today, hoping to make an appointment for sometime this week and they managed to get us within a few hours!! Their phone etiquette and the customer service we received in the clinic were phenomenal. Dr. Siddique and the two girls up front were so good with my nervous pup. If Lexi likes them, we like them and we’ll be recommending them to everyone!

Wonderful clinic. Incredibly clean. Great hours of operation. I brought my dog in for a general check up. I was able to book the appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was impressed that only my dog had been booked for that time slot, and that she had the total focus and care of both the front staff and vet, Muhammad. Though I ended up spending more than I anticipated, I feel that I received incredible value for all the services and care my dog received. Every services was priced fairly and I never felt pressured to go ahead with any additional service recommended to me. I actually think I will save money long term by the preventative / maintenances measures I am taking. Additionally, my dog was happy and calm while in their care. Very impressed!

Our dog Mickey was on his last legs and we decided is was his time. The only Vet that was available was Dr. Siddique. Mickey was in good hands. He was very compassionate with our family during our hour of need.Mckey is in a good place now. Thank you Dr. Siddique The Wauhkonen/Schoug family

I took my cat Reza thres gir her first time. She had no issue with any staff; which is odd because she normally doesnt like strangers. They were up front about all costs and treatments. They always gave me the option before they just went ahead with any treatments. Everything was reasonably priced as I didn't feel ripped off at any time. They care about animals and you can tell they love what they do. I am very please with the services. I would recommend to anyone. I will be back. But hopefully not too soon.
