First visit was for our dog. We were treated so amazingly. We were a walk in for a tic removal. Got educated and was not charged. Second visit was for our cat. They were able to get us in right away as she was quite sick. Told us what test they would like to do , what we could star with and go from there. They were up front with costs an d understood that price could be a issue. No surprises on my bill or pushiness for more tests. After 3 weeks we had to bring her back in to put her to sleep. They treated us with such sympathy and empathy that it actually helped me deal with it. Next pet, i will definitely go there. So happy i did that first walk in for my dog.

Dr.Tan is a very nice Man and is taking good care of my kittens! The receptionist was very rude and snarky, non professional. I wasn’t happy with how she treated me when I had questions and concerns.

When my poor cat fell suddenly sick they were accommodating and saw her quickly. Dr. Nash listened to all my concerns and was quick to take action. When she relapsed while I was in Mexico my mother took her back in and they did not hesitate to keep her under their care until I was back. They even FaceTimed with me every day to give me updates and visit with my girl! My baby is back home and feeling better! Thank you so much to Dr. Nash and the whole team!! :)

Hands down the worst clinic in the city. After bringing our dog into this clinic for emergency care & being pressured to allow them to treat her rather than taking her to Guardian Animal hospital, the last 24 hours of our sweet dog’s life was spent with these monsters. I was repeatedly told the situation was under control, to trust them. I called 6 times between 8am - 4pm and was completely unaware they were lying to me to about the situation. When my husband showed up to check on her & visit her, much to his horror he found out sweet dog scared & rapidly declining. At this point (at 530pm) they recommended taking her to Guardian for treatment as they were out of medications to treat her apparently & that her condition had been dire all day. Repeatably I called, and not once did they suggest taking her else where, not once did they tell us she was suffering. They INSISTED they had things under control. They took our last hours with her, along with our money. From the moment we arrived the doctor had NO CLUE what was wrong with our sweet dog. Guardian sadly knew and debunked all “ideas” this “vet” had. Don’t waste your time, money or precious moments with your beloved pets here.

I have had a hard time finding a good veterinarian since moving to Edmonton but won't be looking anymore! This place is great and everyone has been extremely professional and helpful! Highly recommended!
