I can't express how good of an experience we had with this vet. From the moment we walked in the girls at the front desk were so warm and wonderful and immediately acknowledged my cat and I. The technician who saw us right away for weight and temperature as well as the multiple girls who helped with administering fluids, medication, drawing blood etc. to my cat throughout his appointment were all amazing. They were so kind with him and you could tell they genuinely cared about getting him better. They wanted to make him comfortable and they were actually interested in snuggling and petting him as well as bringing him toys and treats to keep him comfortable instead of just rushing through their job like most animal hospitals I've been to. The doctor was also the best that I've ever seen. She took my concerns seriously and weighed out our options and she was so compassionate during the appointment. She didn't mess around at all and had a plan for symptom relief as well as diagnostics right away. Once we had a game plan for my kitty she provided me with a quote right away and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. I could tell she honestly cared about getting him better and set up plans to check in with him once we went home. I will never be taking my animals to another clinic and we've already been telling all our friends and family honestly not to waste their time or money with other vet clinics!

Wonderful office. Went in for a quick item that's only available at the vets office. Took the time to recommend a different product which might be better. Did not pressure but gave professional advice in a kind way. Small but very personal and comfortable office. Thank you for caring for the wellbeing of my puppy and taking the extra not required time to go the extra mile.

Everyone at Brintnell Vet is amazing. Going to the vet used to be a stressful concept for me and my pets, but not anymore. It is very comforting to know that every time we make an appointment, our pets will be under the care of Dr. Fredlund and her entire team. We are very lucky to live so close to such a fantastic group of professionals.

Beautiful staff in a beautiful office. Dr. Fredlund and her staff are awesome every single time, every single way. They just accommodated a last minute, urgent appointment for my dog without hesitation. My dog and I were both greeted by name when we walked in, and we were ushered into the examination room almost immediately. All staff is compassionate and truly cares about the pets that come in. I never feel they are trying to up-sell different products, as I have found with many other clinics, and I trust the treatment plan provided. They even administered the first dose of medication for me before we left to make it easier on me. Great experience every time I go - and my pooch is 100% recovered.

The team at Brintnell Veterinary clinic works smoothly and seamlessly together to give excellent care and information for all three of my animals. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic if you're looking for a great vet to take care of your fur babies.
