I have used this vet clinic since 1986. We have had four dogs over the course of that time. But I will be looking for another vet after the experience I had with the last dog. She had what I thought was a bladder infection but it turned out to be bladder stones. They told me that she would be in great pain but gave only antibiotics. Four days later I had to request pain meds. I was told she also had a heart arrhythmia. The quote for surgery was $1300. I went and got a second opinion. I was told that with the arrhythmia she likely would not have survived the surgery so we opted for euthanasia. Funny that Dr. Steele and her crew did not mention that the out come would not have been good. When I spoke to them about having my Penny put to sleep the reception did ask, “oh, because of her heart.?” Then I was told that they would put her to sleep, but that I couldn’t take her with me after because you can’t bury your own pet. Bringing the cost of euthanasia to over $300. Funny! I took her somewhere else where I was given her body to dispose of on my own. P.S. I would like to add to this review that I have since heard from Dr. Steele. She was kind and caring and addressed my concerns with a very professional attitude. I would like to thank her for her kindness. I am glad that there will be an opportunity for her to speak to staff about some of the miscommunication that happened during this time.

Really nice employees, try and make your pet comfortable and happy when they come here (aka feed them many treats), knowledgeable and don't try and take advantage of you. Got a welcome card in the mail for our puppy after our first visit with fridge magnets - nice touch

The staff here are absolutely top notch. They were compassionate, caring and went out of their way to accommodate and help me at the most difficult time any pet owner faces as I had to put my kitty down. Without any previous history with the clinic, Dr. Steele answered my questions, was patient with my emotions and was willing to come in just for my appointment on the day I had to take my kitty in. I am forever grateful that I found this clinic!
