Even though my cat was new to this clinic, he was treated just like you would treat your own pet. Also, instead of just telling me the only course of action was most expensive route, you presented me with options from which I could choose. Thanks!"

This place is a bit old and dinghy, which normally wouldn't bother me but random cats wondering around and the staff seem unprofessional al add to the negative review. I agree that they seem pushy advising me that if I get my dogs teeth cleaned I can add 2 years to his life. I don't see how someone make such a claim since oral hygiene isn't the only determining factor in longevity. I was also misquoted for price and I felt like there was a lack of communication on what vaccines were being given and if I wanted deworming. I didn't feel like we were treated with care and just felt like another ring at the cash register :( I honestly hate to give bad reviews. I try to see the best in things but sadly my experience yesterday was no good and I won't be returning. If the owner sees this I hope they see it as constructive criticism because with some change it could be a decent place. 1 star- appointment was quick 2 star- there was 3 people back there to assist with my dog and he didn't seem like he was in pain during the poking and prodding

Everyone is awesome. They saved my dog from certain death. Wonderful people and have been awesome with payments. Have and will continue to refer people and their pets. Thank you for everything you all have done for Zoey and I 💜

I love this Animal Clinic. It is one of the best, and it's the ONLY one I go to. I have had my cats neutered here for a great price. I buy all of my cat food from here because they have specific brands of cat food that only vets can sell. Dr. Tan is the BEST animal vet I have ever met. I will continue to give my business here: they are truly animal lovers (and that's what I look for)

The staff is very friendly and the office is beautiful. They're always ready for us at our appointment time, there isn't a lot of waiting around. My only issue is that I find the vet is quite pushy, always talking about different pills and vaccines that our indoor cats need. Of course I don't want to refuse my pets anything they do need, but his recommendations always seem excessive.
