Owner is as rude to the general public as he is to his customers. I would recommend never taking your dog here or bothering to talk to this ignorant human.

I had called and inquired about PTLO surgeries. If they do them in their clinic or not. Before dr. Davis would say yes or no he want it persistently want it to get all my personal information before he would even tell me if he did in all surgeries. Very evasive no need to say that we did not give them business.

We've had Davis serve our family for a couple generations now. On the farm with cattle, and livestock as well as family pets when I was a kid. He came out at all hrs and followed up for the cases that needed it. His dedication and commitment to the animals has never wavered. Now 20 yrs later I use him for our family pet as well and I find the same awesome service and honesty. His passion for animals is evident in his care and pricing. He lives on a farm so although his google address uses I think his mailing addres (the jurisdiction has him as part of wetaskiwin) if you ask he will give directions. The drive is a long one but well worth it. When we got our pug it was a rescue and needed a lot of dental work. A city vet wanted to pull all his teeth and charge 1400. Davis was able to examine then pull 5 teeth so he could still have teeth to eat and have better quality of life. He also charged almost half if what the city vet wanted and included the 3 day stay to keep a close watch for recovery time. When you call you talk straight to the vet or his wife. No waiting on hold, you always have someone with the knowledge and experience right at hand. It's a small family business that's tried and true!

EXTREMELY disappointed! First Off, NOT IN WETASKIWIN! Which was specifically not mentioned while I was on the phone with him explaining that I was from Edmonton and I was calling Vets in WETASKIWIN to get quotes and prices, (mentioned wetaskiwin multiple times in the conversation - 3 weeks prior to appointment) I also mentioned how important drop off and pick up time was because I run a dayhome from my home and I had to make the appropriate accommodations. I made the appointment, NOTHING was mentioned about the wrong address online, (which apparently he had FULL knowledge of this just choose NOT to mention it). So I went to the address that is mentioned above, in wetaskiwin, nothing is there. An hour drive for me, with kids, and this required special permission from parents and so forth! So I called and asked uhmmm.... where are you? and it was like this has happened before - he knew exactly what had happened, he knew where I had went, the address that was provided online. oh yeah? the address is wrong online. and than continued to talk about how it was the guy who put it in to google maps who screwed up?? SO this is NOT in Wetaskiwin, another hour drive out of my way!! Extremely frustrated. I had timed out everything to make sure I could get back to Edmonton in time for the parents to pick up their children. He offered to push back my appointment but if this place is so disorganized to not even provide the right address (and not even apologize for my waste of time and drive) - I'm not letting you operate on my dog. Forget that!!
