On Fathers Day we had to euthanize a very sick cat. The staff and veterinarian were very kind and made us feel welcome and understood. Gave us time to say goodbye, and time after to get it together. We had our Princess cremated and they called on Friday to let us know we could pick her up. They took the time to do foot prints sand didn’t laugh or make me feel weird when I asked them for clippings of her belly fur. Overall great experience for such a sad time in our lives. Will use them again in the future. On July 24, 2018 we needed the services of The Animal Emergency Hospital again. I wanted to give another review but couldn’t see a way. The staff or I should say “Amy” is so wonderful. Thanks for being so kind in our time of sadness. We truly appreciate your kindness.

Wonderful place to take your pets. My boy cat had a severe urinary blockage on a Sunday night and they fixed him right up! The girls that work here are so incredibly kind and helpful, they kept me in the loop at all times (and were very understanding of my late night concerned cat mom phone calls) Sure, this clinic may be expensive but that's because they are supplying top notch 24/7 care, it's totally worth it in my opinion. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here. Thank you so much for everything!

We came to these guys when our dog had a seizure on the weekend, and our regular vet wasn't open. The staff were lovely, kind and caring. Our doggo is older, but the vet made the suggestion of blood work, as her gums were a little "off", despite her physical exam being normal. Her eye resulted in us discovering our poor dog was significantly anemic, and further blood results & ultrasound confirmed she had cancer throughout her body. She was compensating spectacularly well, so we had no idea. I cannot say enough about our experience here, over the several visits in the span of just a few days. The vets (I'm so sorry I can't remember your names, it is a bit of a blur) were informative but not judgmental, gave fair advice and printed us information to take home to read up, and made us feel like this WAS our regular vet and that Bailey was part of their family. In what was a horrible shock and loss for us, the kindness of the vets and staff here made such a difference. Thank you.

Very kind an caring people. I would like to thank Dr. Malaguti and staff for the help and kindness in our darkest hour last night. They explained everything very clear and let us spend hours with Fin to say good bye. Again, we are very grateful for that.

Megan at the front desk was so kind and sweet. Jillian the veterinarian explained things so well and really made me feel better about the situation with my dog. After we had got all of his medications Megan went over the dosing and times with me with a fine-tooth comb. They printed out a ton of reading material for me about my dog's condition and how it should be treated. Thank you so much, you guys are awesome. Simba thanks you too😊
